DIY FACE MASK ( OAT MASK)
- Oats – 3 tbsp
- Rose water -1-2 tbsp
- Rose essential oil – 2 drops
- Yogurt – 1 tbsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
Measure 4.5 ml or 3 tbsp oats into a bowl. I f you prefer a finer mask, process the oats in a food processor or blender for a few seconds first.
Add 15 – 30 ml or 1-2 tbsp rose water,1 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp honey, depending on the preferred consistancy, working the mixture into a paste.
Add 2 drops rose essential oil and mix in thoroughly. To use, apply to the face and leave for 15 minutes, then rinse off gently. Apply a gentle toner to close the pores. This is a good refining mask.
